We are proud to be part of an environmentally sound business. Recycling and soil rejuvenating are our core beliefs. With technology and farming expertise at Burley’s Worms, we are your reliable source for worms and worm products
Compost worms
We breed and grow only compost worms, consisting of Tigers and Reds. Our stocks are hardy and disease free, with no worms being brought into our farm for decades. We post many worms via Australia Post, packed in bedding and secured in cotton bags, inside of aeriated cardboard cartons. We only post on Mondays now, avoid the possibility of our worms being delayed over a full weekend. They are safe and well in their container for a few days at least. Most customers pay by bank deposit these days …. and our banking details are supplied when ordering. Payment clearance is required before our posting… (Or you can send a cheque or money-order) .
Get started with worm farming
Our systems are fairly high-tech and easy to manage. Our worms are kept in shaded, elevated timber pits so they are very safe from the elements and predators, and we do not need to bend down to play with them. These modular pits can be linked together to share watering system and liquid collection. The pits have automatic watering and liquid cast collectors.
